About Emily
I want you to know you’re in good hands when we work together!
I take tutoring seriously, and I approach every session with patience, structure, and respect for how you learn best. My goal isn’t just to help you get through assignments — it’s to help you actually understand the material so you feel more confident every time you walk into math class.
There’s no judgment here and no pressure to “already know it.” We’ll break things down step by step, go at a pace that makes sense for you, and build from what you already understand. Mistakes are part of the process, and they’re something we use to get better — not something to feel bad about.
You don’t have to carry frustration or confusion alone. My job is to make math clearer, more manageable, and a lot less stressful, so you can start seeing progress and believing in your ability to do it.
