About Eric
I haven't always loved math. It was only after learning combinatorics that I truly saw how fun the subject can be. It was that enjoyment that drove me to start teaching. Since then, I've loved math and I try to instill that same joy into all of my students.

With years of experience, I’ve taught many people, from friends and family to my online classmates. I’ve taught at different levels and in many environments. I love teaching and would be happy to help with whatever you need.
My style of teaching is very hands-on. I ask lots of questions to keep my students engaged and ensure they fully understand. Aside from that, I also give countless examples to expose my students to all types of problems.
Qualifications (extended): My qualifications include placing in the top 2 percentile in the math olympiad in lower school, qualifying for states and being a core member of my school’s Mathcounts team, and placing first in my school for the AMC10. I’ve also taken countless math/CS courses such as PACT (Program in Algorithmic and Combinatorial Thinking), a rigorous computer science program teaching content that is used at UPenn. In addition, I’ve scored in the 99+ percentile on the PSAT for English and math.
