I also consult with patients on how to manage their diseases with proper and healthy nutrition. Eg. Diabetes, hypertension etc

Also, family history is of great importance
Also, the diet history. That is what and what the individual has been eating for some time.
Calculating body massage index is also one of my teaching methods, because this is the key in assessing whether the individual is underweight or overweight based on WHO standard
