About Mattie May
Im A 17 year old homeschool student. I was homeschooled when I was younger, went to school from 4th to 9th grade at a Christian private school, and then homeschooled again after that. I skipped 3rd grade and when I was in 6th grade advanced to a math 3 levels above average. I have a big family and have always been around children. From leading a worship team at church, to preaching, to helping tutor the less fortunate after school, to now tutoring my own siblings as they get older.

My favorite subject is math. It’s the best subject and I learned the old fashioned way of math growing up which in my opinion is the better way and faster. Math takes practice it doesn’t come easy right away. Common core can be confusing for kids and complicates the process.
