About Parker

Look as nice as all that sounds, I want to be 100% real with you. I'm here because I love boxing, I know there are people who want to learn how to box and I know I can bring a ton of value to those people. I've taught friends and family the basics of boxing. I myself have been to hundreds of boxing classes, been to various gyms, sparred countless rounds with a range of skill levels and weight classes. I love this, this is what I'm good at and if you want to learn a great skill in the comfort of your own home with a positive instructor who is going to keep you accountable to help you reach your goals. Stop waiting, let's do this!!

About the lesson

I was a skinny kid who wanted to learn to protect himself, (maybe you can relate in some way?) so I took up boxing. 8 years later and haven't looked back. Boxing has taught me so much more than how to throw a 1, 2. Boxing has given me confidence, fitness, discipline, an outlet for aggression/pent up emotion and most of all a skill that I am very proud of. At this point I just want to give this gift to others and share some of the gold that is boxing. I understand firsthand how intimidating it can be to go into a gym, let alone a fighting gym and try to learn something completely foreign to you. I'm here to help bridge the gap between you on your own watching YouTube videos trying to learn to fight...to maybe one day stepping in the ring for your first spar. Whatever your goals are, I am going to meet you at your level and push you to the potential that I know is inside of you and develop your skills through real boxing techniques that are actually applicable and translate to the ring and/or self-defense situations.

Parker is a great teacher! He’s taught me a bit of boxing informally before and he’s fun, helpful, and patient. He is great with kids as well as he used to work at the Y teaching sports and various extra curricular activities to kids from age 3 up to teens. He’s been doing boxing for many years so is very knowledgeable and loves the sport!! I’d highly recommend taking classes with him :)
