About Ruby
I have always had a passion for science and went on to study chemistry at The University of Manchester, graduating with a first class degree. Following my PGCE at King's College London, I went on to become a high school teacher and I have been teaching chemistry for over 3 years now to GCSE and A Level pupils. I have experience with WJEC/Eduquas and AQA exam boards but will be happy to look at others too.
Whether the goal is improving scientific knowledge, achieving higher grades, working on exam technique, or to prepare for an upcoming test or exam, I will have all the tips and tricks to help you achieve this.

Through my experience of teaching chemistry to GCSE and A Level students, I understand that all students learn differently so I use a range of techniques and I have a vast bank of varied resources to help improve understanding and confidence when answering challenging questions in our 1 hour lessons.
I may set questions and work to be completed outside of our lessons (if desired) to reinforce your knowledge, since the more effort you put in, the more you'll see improvements!
