About Xavier
Hello! My name is Xavier, and i'm a 2nd year student at Mount Allison University, studying Biochemistry. I am in love with chemistry, and am looking to tutor students in New Brunswick, Canada, nearby to Moncton or Sackville. "I also offer online classes!" I love teaching, and sharing my love of the subject, but I also understand that above all else- grades matter! I teach high-school level organic, analytical, and inorganic chemistry, as well as related mathematics skills, more basic science knowledge, and thermodynamics, "my favorite!"

I believe that understanding the foundational content is super important to being able to answer those hard test questions- As such, I usually offer a free first lesson, in which we discuss what you know, and you explain to me in your own words what you are struggling with. After that, I ask that you forward me samples of your homework, or syllabus, so that I can form a lesson plan. Over the course of a couple sessions we will identify gaps in your chemistry knowledge, fill them, and then build on that foundation to help you achieve your academic goals. I can also help you with homework assignments, putting together lab reports, or keeping up in class- "weekly sessions." I look forward to meeting you, or your child, and getting started!

Details
I usually ask for payment at the start of the lesson, in cash or e-transfer- "at least for the first few lessons." I am happy to negotiate price of webcam lessons based on financial need- and will meet any competitor you might be considering on the basis of lower prices. I CAN travel to homes within lower Sackville, if need be.
