About Joelle
I am currently a senior in high school who has been a dual enrollment student at Florida International University (FIU) for 3 years. During my dual enrollment experience at FIU, I have completed courses ranging from College Algebra to Calculus 2. Mastery of these courses helped me earn a 720 on the Math section of the June 2022 SAT for an overall score of 1430 (98th percentile). I have also helped my college classmates better understand higher level math concepts. I tutor algebra, trigonometry, and pre-calculus. When it comes to learning, I believe that all students should have an abundance of resources that will increase their chance of success in their courses.

My lessons include a breakdown of the concept where I teach the student terminology and the process needed to solve certain problems. These lessons also include practice time where the student can apply the skills they just learned.
