I am a student who has others desire mastery. I dislike teachers who berate their students into doing work, I will strive to make the subject understandable and mastered by mentoring and motivating students to love learning. I teach with a passive but assertive voice and will make sure of understanding the subjects being taught. The lesson plan will be an easy to follow itinerary: the student tells me the problems they are experiencing with a subject, I evaluate on how I will teach them, we go over some practice with the problems to make sure they are solved, a test for eclectic knowledge on the subject, then I thank them for choosing me as their mentor, finally I log off.
