I am a student currently doing my Leaving Cert, averaging at high H2/low H1 in higher level art. I have previously tutored history for a small class of 8 who achieved Cs in their Junior Cert (an improvement from E/F). I learnt art history through Irish and English

I teach by giving an overview of the era before going into details. I found that keeping things relatively simple (utilizing bullet-points) works best for teaching art history.
Also, I will focus on how to write essays, breaking it down to smaller parts to make it less overwhelming
