About Aston
Originally from London, I recently moved to Los Angeles from New York, bringing with me a wealth of experience and a passion for teaching.
I've had the privilege of teaching at esteemed institutions such as the Fashion Institute and Pratt Institute of New York. At these renowned schools, I’ve worked with everyone from sophomores to seniors, both art majors and non-art majors. My diverse teaching background allows me to connect with students from all walks of life and various disciplines, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
In my career, I've contributed to some fantastic movies and TV shows, experiences that I draw upon to inspire and educate my students. Sharing real-world insights from the industry gives my students a glimpse into the exciting possibilities that await them.

Hey there! I'm a traditional and digital artist with a love for all things art and design. I have a degree in Fine Art and a Master's in 3D Animation. With over 15 years in the industry, including work on movies and TV shows, I’ve got a lot of experience to share.
I work with Maya and ZBrush to create awesome characters and environments. Whether it's drawing by hand or using digital tools, I'm all about bringing creative ideas to life.
My teaching style is relaxed and patient. I believe in guiding students methodically through the 3D modeling pipeline, starting with the basics of the interface before diving into the creative and fun parts. This structured approach ensures that everyone, regardless of their starting point, can confidently bring their artistic visions to life.
