I am a Durham graduate with an interest for history and a dedication to providing clear, unbiased insights into the subject. My teaching approach is designed to not only help you excel in your A-levels but to ignite a genuine interest in history. I understand that history can sometimes feel repetitive or challenging, so I ensure lessons are varied and engaging to keep you motivated. Having personally achieved an A* in both History and Politics, along with grade 9s in Maths, English, and History, I know the academic journey well. I currently work with two private education centres where I specialise in teaching A-level History, which enhances my ability to guide students through complex historical topics with confidence. My hands-on experience as both a teaching assistant and private tutor enables me to craft lessons tailored to your unique learning style. Together, we’ll build a comprehensive understanding of historical events while developing the critical thinking skills essential for exam success.
