Heavy focus on relationship building, relaxed atmosphere, and many ways of looking at problems to engage interest and motivation in learning mathematics. Math is doesn't have to be painful! I have taught nearly every math discipline, but spent most of my time in education teaching Algebra 2. Algebra and Algebra 2 are required in most schools, and even many degree paths!
