About Haamiyah
I hold a Ph.D. degree in Food Science and Technology and was awarded with merit scholarship during my doctoral studies in recognition of academic excellence. Over the years, I have contributed to several book chapters published in reputed academic books and research papers published in reputed national and international journals. I have presented posters at various national and international conferences. In addition, I have participated in multiple training programs and workshops related to food technology which continue to enrich my approach as an educator and researcher. Through this academic and professional journey, I have developed a strong foundation in Food Chemistry which I now channel into guiding students and learners at various levels.

I use a concept‑driven, interactive approach to make Food Chemistry easy to understand.
