Cancellations Policy:
1. Cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before a lesson in order for a full lesson refund to be issued, otherwise only 50% of the lesson fund will be refunded in order to compensate for scheduling disturbance.
2. If a student is late to a session; up to 10 minutes will be accommodated for depending on the circumstances.
3. If there is more than 10minutes delay for a scheduled lesson start time; I will be available for the first 20minutes of any scheduled lesson (e.g. leaving no less than 40minutes remaining for a 1hr lesson), but will not be able to run over the scheduled end time to make up for lost time or refund any partial amount for the lesson.
4. If a Student does not give notice for absence, a 10% partial refund is still available, or can be deducted from any new booking in the future.
5. If the tutor must cancel any sessions for any reason at any time, the tutee will receive a full refund for the sessions that have been cancelled.
