About Abigail
I am a life long learner with a background in animal management and the outdoors. I'm a new teacher meaning I do the work to get you to understand the language.
I have always worked with people who's first language is not English, and so have gotten to know many different (big or small) problems that English language learners encounter. As a self-taught learner of Spanish, I am also able to relate to the many challenges that a learner of a foreign language will encounter, and can use my own experience to make the process a lot more stress-free for you.

I have a communicative approach to teaching and base my classes on the learner's goals and current abilities. I approach each topic by engaging the learner to ensure maximum focus and understanding. As Languages are meant for communication, I will give you plenty of conversational practice as well as incorporating grammar into your written practice. Your learning goals are my teaching goals - so whether you need to pass an exam, appear more professional at work, or help your children with their homework - I will endeavour to get you there!

Nothing is too much trouble for this intelligent & caring young lady. I have a hard time trusting anyone with my 9 month old but she has supported me in looking after my baby since birth and I couldn’t commend her professional and gentle childcare enough.
Frequent good contento. She backs up her lessons with an ESOL website where you can practice and share articles. Super Friendly and a great example of a highly articulate tutor.
