About Artem

Achieve the Elite Band 7.5/8.0 Required for London’s Top Universities.

Getting into world-class institutions like LSE, UCL, Imperial, or KCL leaves absolutely zero margin for error. As a University of Manchester Economics graduate, former corporate auditor, and verified Overall IELTS Band 8.0 scorer, I specialise exclusively in coaching ambitious international students to meet the rigorous linguistic demands of Russell Group universities.

Having worked in corporate audit, I understand the precise, high-stakes communication style demanded by elite institutions and global firms. I specialise heavily in coaching applicants targeting business, finance, economics, and STEM degrees—ensuring your Academic Writing and high-pressure Speaking modules reflect the executive precision that top-tier universities and future corporate employers expect.

About the lesson

Preparing for the IELTS can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to tackle it alone. My lessons are fully customised around your target score and your specific areas of weakness. I maintain a patient, encouraging, and highly collaborative environment where no question is too small.

Targeted Diagnostics: We will pinpoint your weakest modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking) to stop wasting time on what you already know.

Exam Technique Mastery: Learn time management hacks, essay structures for the Writing section, and strategies to avoid common examiner traps.

Interactive Online Learning: We will use digital whiteboards, shared resource drives, and real-time exam practice to keep sessions highly engaging.

Feedback & Mock Practice: Get precise, actionable feedback on your essays and speaking style so you know exactly where you stand before test day.

Exclusive Concierge Out-of-Hours Support: If you are writing an essay or practising vocabulary late at night, you can submit your queries or short paragraphs for rapid, asynchronous feedback. You are never left stuck before your next session.

Artem is a fantastic tutor, he is incredibly attentive and ensures his student is well supported. Artem is obviously great at maths but can also teach very well. I’m particularly impressed by how well Artem keeps me well informed on the teaching and collates all the notes together on a drive so parents/ carers can keep along. I would most certainly recommend Artem as a tutor to anyone who would like a caring, hardworking and supportive tutor.
