About Steffen
I am an experienced communication trainer specializing in professional and customer communication. I have designed and delivered practical communication training for employees working in customer service, technical support, sales and other customer-facing roles.
My focus is on real workplace communication: handling difficult conversations, communicating confidently with customers, asking the right questions, listening effectively and finding the right words when situations become challenging.
I believe communication skills develop through practice, not theory alone. That is why my training is interactive and based on realistic situations. We look at what happens in a conversation, identify what makes it difficult and develop practical techniques and strategies you can use immediately at work.
In one-to-one sessions, we can focus entirely on you – your professional situations, your communication style and the conversations you want to handle more confidently and effectively.

My lessons are practical, personalised and based on real professional situations. We work on the communication challenges you actually face at work – rather than following a generic course.
Depending on your goals, we can focus on professional conversations, customer communication, difficult or emotional conversations, active listening, questioning techniques, handling objections and complaints, or communicating clearly and confidently on the phone.
I use practical exercises, role plays and real-life scenarios to help you understand not only what to say, but how to structure a conversation and respond confidently in challenging situations.
We can also work directly with situations from your professional life and develop strategies and wording that you can apply immediately.
Lessons are suitable for professionals, customer-facing employees, sales and service staff, as well as anyone who wants to become more confident and effective in professional communication.
Sessions can be tailored to your needs and are typically 60 minutes.
