About Peace
I am a Final year student in the University of Ottawa, taking a Bachelors in General Science; I've had A-grades in all most all of my Math courses here at the University.
I've also tutored a few students in the past, who showed tremendous improvement in both their grades and confidence in Math.

I teach Math to students from Elementary to grade 8.
My approach is to boost the confidence of your child/children in Math, by reinforcing the knowledge they already have as small wins/victories. This way, they can see that if they could succeed in the concepts they already know, then they can succeed in the rest - no matter how difficult it may seem.
Next, we will master the other concepts, first by connecting them to real life circumstances that your child/children are familiar with, and then by practicing several questions, till they can apply them without thinking.
Gradually increasing the level of difficulty, as they perfect one topic at a time.
There will also be rewards to motivate them, as we go through the subject matter.
As a result, I believe your child and I will become good friends, after a few sessions :)
