About Sean
I have been around the game of rugby for the better part of 40years. I've competed at the top level in Dubai, Cape Town and all over Africa. My experience has seen me coaching at a Premiership level, in charge of Provincial sides in both 15's and 7's and assistant coach on the world 7s circuit. I coach defence, attack, positional, scrums and lineouts and all aspects of the game. I can write gym or exercise programmes for individuals based on the objectives they want to achieve at what ever age they are. Will coach groups and or indiciduals.

Coaching has to be fun, constructive and understandable, simulating game situations and tooling individuals, units and teams to optimize their abilities in pressure situations. Overall physicality, position specific training, fitness and understanding the game are keys, held together by the ability to make good decisions under pressure.
