About Salvatore
I have been giving Italian lessons for at least 2 years now. I am constantly with foreigners who enjoy learning and improving their Italian. I have a passion for teaching, so I'm eager to help others who share the same passion for learning languages. I practically give Italian lessons everyday since my girlfriend is from Texas, and puts a lot of effort into learning and improving her Italian. In that case, I improve my teaching methods as well as two interesting questions she asks me.

Hello there! I am a pharmacy student, and I love to travel and succeed in learning new languages. I spent a year in America, and a few months in the UK to reach an advanced English level. Not only that, I live with my girlfriend, who is from Texas, so I'm constantly speaking English, but always giving her free Italian lessons. I absolutely enjoy teaching foreign language; English, Italian, Spanish. In the fall, we will be moving to Portugal to learn Portuguese. I enjoy teaching Italian here in Palermo because, although we are in Italy, for foreigners, learning the language here can be quite confusing, especially if you are trying to learn from living among the locals. I offer you to teach you and speak to you in proper Italian. I offer you the correct grammar that you may not hear correctly used by many Italians here in Sicily. After you understand Italian grammar rules, if you'd like, I can teach you some Sicilian. I understand, after being with my girlfriend for some time now, that foreigners enjoy getting to know some of the dialect and idioms from the south. In total, first I teach you Italian, and then we can have some fun with the dialect from Sicily.

Salvatore is a wonderful teacher, and I always enjoy learning and improving our teaching methods together. He is very knowledgeable about grammatical rules, and since he is multilingual, it is quite exciting and interesting to see how his mind can switch gears so easily. It is very impressive to witness, and he is a sort of a mentor for me since I am slowly but surely becoming multilingual as well. Anybody would be lucky to have him as a teacher.
A scuola ci spiegava le cose che non capivamo a lezione (fisica, matematica, filosofia); penso sarebbe on ottimo insegnante perchè è molto chiaro e preciso nelle spiegazioni, anche grazie al saper applicare analogie ed esempi che riescono a centrare perfettamente un concetto.
