About Camilla
My name is Camilla, I am 20 years old and I am from Italy, Rome. I am actually studying Fashion Management in London at LCF and this is my second year.
In my home country, I had various experiences in this field. In fact I was teaching Italian to refugees in my school: in this case, since no one knew the language I had to start from a low level teaching all the principles of Italian grammar: accents, verbs, adjectives, ..
My second experience has been a volunteer program in Romania where I taught Italian in a primary school. Children knew the language so the lessons were focused more on fun exercises for socializing but learning new things at the same time.
In addition, during the high school period, I was the tutor of some family’s friends for doing homework and helping them with all the primary and middle school subjects.

My teaching method depends on my clients age and on the language level. For children I provide classes where I mix games, books and exercises with the Italian language. In this way it will be easier and funnier to learn the language.
For adults or high levels I provide a more literary approach based on italian literature and poetry. The Italian high school made me discovering authors and works of art that teach the language and at the same time the Italian culture.
