About Tanisha

My name is Tanisha Mishra, and I’m currently a 3rd-year student at DIT University, completing my bachelor in Psychology (HONS.). I’m excited to share a bit about my background and interests with you today. Throughout my time at university, I have developed a strong passion for self-marketing and branding, time management, problem-solving, communication, leadership, etc. For instance, I had the opportunity to work on a project that involved intervention to reduce sedentary behavior in adults. This experience not only deepened my understanding of sedentary behavior but also allowed me to apply theoretical concepts in a practical setting. In addition to my coursework, I have been actively involved in clubs, organizations, or activities that happened in my college related to my field. As a member of the NSS Club, I took on the role of team member, where I led a team to a government school near my college for mental health day, women empowerment, etc. This involvement has helped me develop valuable skills like leadership, teamwork, and communication, which I believe are essential for any professional environment. I also completed an internship at Muskurahat Foundation, NayePankh Foundation. During my internship, I was responsible for crowdfunding. I am particularly interested in public relations/human relations, and I am eager to gain more hands-on experience in this field. I believe that internships and practical experiences are crucial for bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications. I am currently seeking opportunities that will allow me to further develop my skills and contribute to meaningful projects. In addition to my academic and extracurricular activities, I enjoy playing volleyball, teaching the adopted children in NGOs, traveling and exploring, reading and writing, and social working. Engaging in these activities helps me maintain a balanced lifestyle and fuels my creativity. For example, I enjoy playing volleyball because it allows me to learn leadership and teamwork qualities. Looking ahead, I am excited about the prospect of entering the workforce and applying what I’ve learned in school. I would love the opportunity to contribute to projects that align with my interests and skills. Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction. I look forward to connecting with you all and exploring potential opportunities together!

About the lesson

We will have an interactive session and also one day will be kept as a case study or practical class. Not only is bookish knowledge important, but you need to be trained practically in this subject…at the end of each week we’ll have a class test and will have a lot of fun activities while learning the subject.
