About Amia

Hey! My name is Amia, it’s lovely to meet you. 🫶🏽 I am 27 years old from London. 🪷I am in no way a qualified therapist, psychologist or anything of the kind, I hold no qualifications in this field I’m just a warm hearted human who loves helping people. 🫧I believe the power of talking and communication between people can work wonders, sometimes even if it’s a stranger! I am here to simply listen, give advice or just have a chat with! Whatever your needs may be, I’m here to help. 🤎I know how tough life can get at times, and I know sometimes you just need someone to talk to about everything going on in your mind, you just need someone who is willing to listen to you but not judge you and just be kind. Well I’m that person. 🪶I’ve been told by many I am an excellent advice giver, great listener and an easy person to talk and open up to. Friends and family have thanked me for the advice I’ve given as in their experience it’s worked! 🤍I want to give to others, I love being able to make people smile and help them on their way to happiness. I feel I was put on this earth to make a difference, even if it’s a small one by just giving someone an hour or two of my time to help them even if it’s in the tiniest way.

About the lesson

🫶🏽Are you feeling lonely? Lost? Stressed? Have you been trying to get your life together but for some reason just can’t seem to achieve what you want? Are you wanting to break bad habits but don’t know where to start? Do you feel your life lacks purpose? Or are you just in need of a listening ear? 🪶At some point in our lives we all experience some sort of depression, loneliness, anxiety, stress and we go through a period where we just feel lost, like we’re trying to change our lives for the better but we just don’t know where to start. 🤎Well I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to do it alone, because you’re not alone. We all at some point in our lives also need a helping hand and there’s nothing wrong in asking for it. There’s nothing to be ashamed of if you need a little help, or even a lot of help. Everybody needs somebody. I know what it’s like and that’s why I’m here to be that somebody for you. 🫧Our sessions will be 100% confidential and judgement free. 🪷The first session will be for us to get to know one another better, so I can understand what it is you’d like to achieve and after put together a personal growth plan especially designed and tailored for you, to suit your needs. 🤍We will then keep working, growing and glowing together on your journey and remember that it is a journey, that you should allow yourself to fully enjoy and absorb yourself in. My goal is to nurture and empower you so you are able to handle anything life throws at you in the future, also enabling you to discover your purpose in life. 🦩If you’ve read this far, you might as well drop me a message!
