About Gammi
**Hi! I’m Gammi, a professional flutist and music educator based in the New York/New Jersey area!**
I hold a **Master of Music from The Juilliard School** and a **Professional Performance Diploma in Orchestral Performance from the Manhattan School of Music**.
As a professional flutist, I’ve had the opportunity to perform with orchestras and chamber ensembles at amazing venues including **Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall**. I love bringing my real-world performance experience into my lessons and helping students not only play the notes, but also develop a beautiful tone, musical expression, confidence, and stage presence.
**I truly believe that every student learns differently.** That’s why I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual goals, level, and personality.
Whether you’re picking up the flute for the very first time, playing in your school band or orchestra, preparing for a Youth Orchestra audition, or working toward music school auditions and competitions, I’m here to help you grow and enjoy the process!
Most importantly, I want my lessons to be a place where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and becoming a more confident musician.

I’m a professional flutist based in the New York/New Jersey area, and I love helping students discover their own sound and confidence on the flute!
My lessons are personalized to each student’s goals, experience, and learning style. I work with students of all ages and levels—from complete beginners who are just picking up the flute to advanced students preparing for auditions, competitions, and music school programs.
For beginners, we’ll build a strong foundation in posture, breathing, tone production, technique, and sight-reading while keeping lessons fun and encouraging. For intermediate and advanced students, I focus on developing a beautiful, expressive sound, refining technique, and preparing effectively for auditions and performances.
I hold a Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School and a Professional Performance Diploma in Orchestral Flute from the Manhattan School of Music. As a professional orchestral flutist, I bring real-world performance and audition experience into my teaching.
Whether you’re learning the flute for fun, looking to improve your playing, or working toward a serious musical goal, I’d love to help you get there!
