About Newton
I am Newton Shahi Thakuri, a Computer Engineering Graduate currently working as principal investigator in WTO Chairs Programme, along with my role as an SDE-1 (Software Development Engineer-1). I help people prepare for technical interviews by covering everything from aptitude and problem-solving. My teaching approach is highly interactive. Instead of asking learners to solve hundreds of random problems, I focus on helping them understand the core patterns behind them. For example, when learning the Two Pointers technique, one should practice just 4 problems of opposite-direction pointers and 4 in same-direction pointers and I can guarantee you that you can solve any problem that uses this technique. There is also a pattern to solve DP problems. I can easily make people understand the concept behind coding that can land you in a reputed company.

I teach how to visualise problems and concepts, solving in your head and then jump to coding. Eg. while teaching Binary Search, I do not begin by asking students to memorise a template. I first help them understand how the search space is being reduced, what condition allows us to eliminate half of the possibilities and how to decide whether the answer lies on the left or right. Once the visualisation is clear, there is no problem you can't solve. I am sure I can make you visualise, understand and solve the problems. TRY ME.
