About Suzuki

About Me Hi! I'm a Japanese university student currently living in Japan. I'm also studying medicine at university. I have experience living in an English-speaking country, and I really enjoy communicating with people from different backgrounds. I have an EIKEN Grade 1 qualification and a TOEFL iBT score of around 92, so I'm comfortable communicating in English and explaining Japanese when necessary. I'm also interested in Japanese culture and entertainment, including anime, so I can introduce you to both everyday Japanese and the Japanese culture behind the language. As a university student, I can also help you understand the kind of Japanese young people actually use in everyday life—not just textbook Japanese! I'm friendly and easygoing, and I'd like my lessons to feel more like a relaxed conversation with a Japanese friend while still helping you improve your Japanese. I'm looking forward to meeting you and helping you enjoy learning Japanese!

Learn Japanese with a friendly Japanese medical student! Hello! I'm a university student living in Japan, and I'd love to help you learn Japanese in a fun and relaxed way. I have experience living in an English-speaking country, so I understand how challenging—and exciting—it can be to learn a new language and communicate in a different culture. I can also explain Japanese in English when you need help understanding something. As a university student, I can teach you not only natural standard Japanese, but also modern Japanese that Japanese people actually use in everyday conversations. I also enjoy watching anime, so if you're interested in Japanese anime, pop culture, or casual expressions, we can incorporate those into our lessons! I'm currently studying medicine at university, so I'm also happy to help with medical Japanese or Japanese related to healthcare if that's something you're interested in. Whether you're a complete beginner or already studying Japanese, we can tailor the lessons to your goals.
