About Nathan

G'day, I'm Nathan — a BIM professional based in Brisbane working at the intersection of digital engineering and technology. My background is in architecture and I've spent years in the industry delivering real projects, building Revit workflows, and more recently exploring how tech is reshaping the way we model and coordinate buildings.

I'm genuinely passionate about where construction technology is heading, and I spend a lot of my time outside of work creating content and tools around BIM workflows. I believe the AEC industry is at a turning point, and I want to help the next generation of professionals navigate that with confidence.

Outside of work, I'm a new dad so life is busy and I wouldn't have it any other way. I also follow the latest in tech pretty obsessively, which means the people I mentor tend to get insights that go well beyond the basics.

About the lesson

Sessions run for one hour online, available anywhere in Australia. Think of it less like a formal lesson and more like sitting down with someone already working in the industry, someone who can give you straight answers, share what actually matters on real projects, and help you figure out your next move.

My background is in BIM and digital engineering, with hands-on experience in Revit, coordination workflows, and the AI tools that are genuinely changing how the industry operates. I've been in the weeds on real projects, so I can help you skip a lot of the trial and error.

Whether you're a student trying to understand how BIM works in practice, a graduate figuring out how to land your first role, or a professional wanting honest advice on upskilling or career direction, these sessions are built around you and where you're trying to get to. Bring your questions, your project, or just a goal, and we'll work through it together.

The greatest experience we shared together was our trip to Europe, including Germany, France, Spain and Poland. It was a trip to enhance knowledge of those countries history.
