About Tara
Hi, I’m Tara, a Medical Science student at Western Sydney University, passionate about helping students succeed in Chemistry. I love teaching because I know how challenging Chemistry can be, and I want to help students feel confident, understand concepts deeply, and enjoy learning. Seeing a student grasp a difficult topic or improve their grades is incredibly rewarding, and that’s what motivates me to teach.
With a solid foundation in both high school and university-level Chemistry, I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, ensuring every concept is explained clearly and reinforced with examples and practice problems. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping you achieve your goals in a supportive learning environment.
Whether you are a High School student, HSC candidate, or a first-year university student, my lessons are designed to help you understand concepts deeply, tackle difficult problems, and succeed academically.

Hi! I’m Tara, a Medical Science student at Western Sydney University, and I love helping students make Chemistry easier and more enjoyable. My goal is to help you understand concepts clearly, build confidence, and achieve the results you want.
My approach to tutoring:
I focus on understanding first, memorizing second. I use clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and real-life examples to make complex topics simple. I encourage questions and provide practice exercises to help reinforce learning. Each lesson is interactive, so you’re always actively involved.
Lesson length:
I usually offer lessons of 60–90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and the topic. Lessons can be flexible, and I can provide extra support before exams or assessments.
Who my lessons are for:
I teach High School students, HSC Chemistry, and first-year university students. My lessons are perfect for students who want to improve their grades, understand difficult topics, or feel more confident in Chemistry.
Qualifications:
Currently studying Medical Science at Western Sydney University.
Strong knowledge of High School and HSC Chemistry curriculum.
Experience helping classmates understand difficult concepts through informal tutoring.
