About Amany
I’m Amany, originally architecture, from Egypt, and I've learned cooking at an early age from my mom, family, lots of experiments and from following cooking shows. and for me, cooking is an act of pure love. My passion for authentic food is what inspires every dish. For me, sharing delicious food is simply sharing love and tradition. and I've been running a small kitchen startup, which allows me to share this joy daily.

My methodology is simple: we cook together, from start to finish. I believe the best way to learn cuisine is to simply cook it.
Every lesson is a practical, focused on mastering one delicious dish/meal we agree upon in advance whether it’s a traditional Egyptian/ME plate or a unique regional specialty.
At yours or at my kitchen (Griffintown Mtl), and we work side-by-side and I walk you through it all.
We review the recipe, discuss ingredients in advance so we spend all our time together cooking! - You will have access to a decent internet connection and a work area to take your notes and save the recipes while you learn in action. Your visit will be packed with learning!
The Best Reward: We get to eat the delicious meal together, or you can take your creation home!
