About Varnika

I am a Delhi based pole dancer, and I've been on the pole for 3 years. My focus is more on contemporary, exotic flows and finding your own dance movements to better explore your own sensuality and build body confidence.

About the lesson

These online lessons are great for both intermediate and absolute beginner pole dancers. The focus will be on fitness, controlled momentum, transitions, and most of all, learning to flow with your own body and movements along with learning some sick choreographies in the process.
