About Oceane

Bonjour! I’m a Paris-born French tutor living in Australia, offering engaging online lessons to students.
Having learned several languages myself, I know how challenging it can be and how rewarding!
In the last few years, I’ve taught students from RMIT, the University of Melbourne, and French schools, helping them build confidence and fluency.

My approach combines conversation, culture, and structure to make learning French both fun and effective.

Whether you’re preparing for a DALF, DELF, or Brevet des Collèges exam, or simply want to chat about French culture or politics, I’ve got you covered.

About the lesson

I offer online French lessons tailored to each student’s age, level, and learning goals.

For school students, I provide patient and practical support with homework, writing assignments, and oral presentations. I help them understand grammar, build vocabulary, and gain confidence in expressing themselves clearly while keeping lessons fun and engaging.

For exam preparation, I guide students through the DELF and DALF structure, sharing proven strategies for listening, reading, writing, and speaking tasks. Together, we focus on both accuracy and fluency to help you perform at your best.

For those who want to improve their conversational skills, I offer relaxed sessions focused on real-life topics such as travel, culture, or current events to help you feel confident speaking naturally and expanding your vocabulary.

Each lesson is interactive, supportive, and enjoyable, helping you make steady progress and stay motivated in your French learning journey.

Lessons are $65 per hour, held online. Your first session is a free 30-minute assessment, where we’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see how I can best support your learning. It’s also a chance to make sure we’re a good fit before starting regular lessons.
