About Jack
I’m a passionate guitarist currently studying Spanish guitar and developing my skills across a range of styles, including jazz. I love sharing my enthusiasm for the instrument and helping beginners discover the joy of playing guitar.
As a teacher, I take a patient and encouraging approach, adapting lessons to each student’s pace and interests. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students can build confidence, develop solid fundamentals, and enjoy the process of learning guitar.

My teaching approach is patient, practical, and tailored to each student’s pace. I focus on building a strong foundation while making sure lessons remain enjoyable and engaging.
Students will learn essential guitar skills such as chords, scales, arpeggios, fretboard logic, and the fundamentals of music theory. I also emphasize understanding why things work on the guitar, helping students gradually develop the ability to navigate the fretboard with confidence.
A typical lesson combines technique, theory, and playing. We might begin with a warm-up or review of previous material, introduce a new concept such as a chord shape, scale, or arpeggio, and then apply it through simple exercises or music. I encourage students to ask questions and learn at a comfortable pace, rather than rushing through material.
What sets me apart is my patient and supportive approach, along with my background in both jazz and Spanish guitar. I can introduce beginners to different styles and ways of approaching the instrument while keeping the fundamentals clear and accessible.
These lessons are primarily designed for beginners and anyone who wants to build a solid foundation on guitar. No previous experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a guitar to practice on.
