About Nathan
I am a former Chinese Wushu/Kung fu Canadian champion and black belt that has been studying Chinese martial arts for over 20 years. Qigong has been one of the secrets of my success and I would like to share this internal martial art with people that need healing of any sort or just want to become better and stronger internally. I will teach you how to use the force to achieve your dreams and goals.

I teach private, semi-private or small groups either online, in-home, in corporate settings, gym settings or outdoors. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. I use a variety of internal techniques from traditional shaolin qigong and kung fu along with tai chi. Qigong can be done within a small space with a variety of deep breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and flow movements. I have an open class every Sunday online at 11 am EST as well, DM for details on how to join.
