About Jim
Hello,my name is Jim Weaver,I am a certified Qigong instructor. I offer classes and workshops in taoist and Buddhist styles of Qigong.
A lifelong student of the healing arts with over twenty years of personal qigong practice, I design my classes to give people the ability to create health and peace of mind for themselves. With ten years of teaching I have gained the understanding that I learn as much from my students as they do from me.
My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing people smile after practice. I know now that the student has the tools and ability to drop stress quickly, improve their health and restore their vital energy. The Healing Energy of the universe belongs to everyone. I have held classes and workshops at Spas, retreat centers and even public parks. I began studying Qigong back in 1995. I started with books by Master Mantak Chia. Attended seminars and workshops he offered. After several years I met and started training personally with Master Zi Sheng Wang in Tibetan Buddhist Qigong. Was authorized to teach and eventually expanded my studies by connecting with and studying with other teachers over the years.
I have dedicated students whom have stayed with me now for several years. My goal is help as many people as possible reach their full energetic and spiritual potential.

Looking for a Qigong form that's easy to learn and do and covers the basics needed to connect and run energy? Here is the Foundation Qigong practice. Qi is the universal life force. Gong means art or cultivation. Qigong is cultivating the life force in the body, mind and meridians. It has been compared to a moving meditation practice. It can draw one into a deep meditative state without much effort. The Shamans in the ancient past found ways to channel and direct healing energy through dance and song. These methods were codified and systemized into many different forms and schools.
