About Helen
Hi! I’m Helen, a pianist, flutist, and songwriter with several years of experience studying and creating music. I have completed RCM Level 10 in music theory and attended a summer program at Berklee College of Music in 2025, which strengthened my skills in performance, music theory, and songwriting.
I am passionate about helping students build real musical skills while enjoying the learning process. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and personalized, so every student can learn at their own pace and feel confident in their progress.
I focus on creating a supportive and fun environment where students can explore piano, music theory, and songwriting, develop their creativity, and gain confidence as musicians. My goal is to make music accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for beginners and early-level students.

Hi! I’m Helen, and I love helping students discover the joy of music. My lessons focus on creativity, expression, and building a strong musical foundation. I combine structured practice with fun, hands-on activities, so students not only learn piano and music theory but also develop their own songs and musical ideas.
A typical lesson includes warm-ups, learning new piano techniques or chords, practicing a piece the student enjoys, and exploring simple songwriting exercises. I provide PDF materials for exercises or practice guides when helpful, so students can follow along easily at home.
What sets me apart is my focus on creativity and personalization. Every student learns differently, so I adapt each lesson to their pace, interests, and goals, making sure they feel confident and engaged.
These lessons are ideal for beginners or early-level students, especially kids and teens who want to start piano, explore songwriting, or develop their musical skills in a fun and supportive environment.
