About Celia

Hi! I’m Celia, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Spain

I’m a psychologist, but one of the things I enjoy most is meeting new people, discovering different cultures and sharing experiences. I’ve lived abroad in both Canada and Ireland, and I’ve spent the last three summers working at summer camps, so I’m very used to working with children and young people from different backgrounds.

Traveling is probably my biggest passion — my life goal is basically to travel, travel and travel! I love nature, animals, outdoor adventures and pretty much anything that gives me a little adrenaline.

Having lived abroad myself, I know what it feels like to communicate in a language that isn’t your own. That’s one of the reasons I want my Spanish lessons to be a relaxed space where you can talk, make mistakes, laugh and learn without feeling judged.

About the lesson

My lessons are focused mainly on conversation and real-life Spanish. I want you to feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes, asking questions, and actually using the language.

I love dynamic classes, so we won’t spend the whole lesson studying grammar rules or doing repetitive exercises. Instead, we’ll talk about everyday situations, current topics, travel, culture, work, hobbies, or anything you’re interested in.

We might watch a short TED Talk, discuss a video, talk about an article, role-play real-life situations, or simply have a conversation about a topic you enjoy.

Along the way, I’ll help you improve your vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency, and I’ll correct your mistakes naturally while we speak.

My goal is simple: to help you speak Spanish with more confidence and learn the Spanish people actually use in everyday life.
