About Gagan

I am a Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teacher with a strong academic and professional background in Spanish and 20 years of experience living, studying and working in Spain.

My journey with Spanish began in India, where I completed an MA in Hispanic Studies at the University of Delhi. Before moving to Spain, I taught basic, intermediate and advanced Spanish at Dyal Singh College, Jesus and Mary College and Ramjas College, all affiliated with the University of Delhi.

After moving to Spain, I continued my academic and professional development and completed a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) at the University of Salamanca.

I also hold a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification, which has given me additional training and experience in language teaching.

Having studied Spanish in India, taught it at university level and then lived and worked in Spain for two decades, I have experienced the language from different perspectives. This has given me a deep understanding of both the challenges learners face and the Spanish language as it is actually used in Spain.

I enjoy teaching students from different backgrounds and helping them make real, noticeable progress in their Spanish. I believe that a good teacher should not only know the language, but also understand what makes it difficult for a learner and how to make it easier to learn.

About the lesson

My classes are practical, communicative and adapted to your level and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced learner, we will focus on what you need to improve and, above all, on helping you use Spanish with confidence.

We can work on:

5. Spanish for work and professional situations

7. Spanish for traveling, living or studying in Spain

I believe that learning a language should go beyond memorizing grammar rules. We will work with real-life situations and natural Spanish, while paying attention to the grammar and vocabulary you need to communicate accurately.

If you already speak some Spanish, I can also help you identify and correct recurring mistakes, improve your pronunciation and make your Spanish sound more natural.

Whether your goal is to pass an exam, prepare for life in Spain, improve your professional Spanish or simply feel more confident having conversations, the lessons will be tailored to you.

Details

The price for one person is ₹2,500. If you’d like to have a friend or two join you, that’s absolutely fine. For 2 or 3 students together, the total price is ₹3,000 for the class, so the cost per person works out cheaper.

For example:

* 2 students: ₹1,500 each
* 3 students: ₹1,000 each
