About Shiva
English speaking comes very naturally to me. I think in English. I'm not a trained English teacher but I speak the language very well since I have spoken English since childhood. I am known to be very articulate, effective and creative. They say that I can pack a punch in minimum number of words when I need to be crisp. And when I need to be descriptive, I almost create a vision in the other person's mind just by the use of words. I can also be funny when needed, just by the use of words.
I have worked in brand communication and marketing for a national level Book Store. As it was a book selling company, I needed to write very well, different type of things to communicate and market for the brand.
Some of my friends take my help to write copy for their brand communication.

The class focuses on spoken English.
My approach to English speaking is layered. I feel that a language can only be learnt when you see its uses in various different natural environments. The more you listen, the more you speak.
My focus is that you listen to the language so much that it feels like your environment, it feels natural. You listen to its usage in all different places.
Side by side I teach you the technicalities of speaking English.
And then I make you speak by giving different exercises. I encourage you to speak wrong or right, so the tongue, the brain, the muscle memory inside & the ear become used to speaking & listening to that language from our own body.
In the end, you gain confidence to speak.
