About David
I have 15 years of experience in helping students with these subjects.
I’m NOT some finance major re-explaining amortization because it was the most difficult thing I did in school. I AM bringing my experience solving problems in physics to the journey of walking students through the labyrinth of reasons behind a Laplace Transform, on our way to solving an ordinary (haha, there isn’t much ‘ordinary’ about them though) differential equation.

Patience. Explicit detail. Big picture.
Guiding students through their most hated subject requires a creative imagination to describe the how (what rule do I use? why are there so many rules?), the why (what was our last step? what step are we trying to get to?), and the WHYYY (what am I going to use this for? what is this even describing?) of mathematical thinking.
This is what we do in every lesson. We work to identify what the blockage is, what is the misunderstanding that we can turn into a full understanding, and how we can take this new information into the next topic.
