I use various methods of teaching/training individuals. First, I want to know how you learn so that I can use the appropriate instructional strategies! I may use a lecture method, the discussion method; you need to be as involved as I am in the learning. My goal is to help, motivate and inspire students to achieve their learning goals. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated facilitation/teaching approach to teaching, to allow for all participants to feel included.
