About Jie

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Chinese native Mandarin teacher with a BA in Education, an IPA certificate and four years' experience. After my graduation, I chose to teach Chinese abroad. I taught Chinese as a foreign language in Thailand for over four years where my experience included teaching children in elementary grades and private classes for children and adults (including HSK preparation). Since then, I have been living in Oman, my husband is working there and I have been occupied with taking care of our daughter. I am now looking to return to teaching Chinese. As a teacher, I like my students to have fun with Mandarin Chinese and aim to create an enthusiastic and engaging atmosphere in the class. Looking forward to hearing from you.
