I offer Spanish lessons, oral and written, private or in groups, at home, in a work environment or in public places, and at all levels of advancement. The classes I offer are adapted to the particular needs and learning pace of each student or group. My approach is at once interactive and communicative, with the student active in his own learning process.
I am patient, enthusiastic and willing to make learning fun! I can easily adapt to the needs of students, both children and adults. We can either start learning the language from scratch, or I can help you prepare official exams, give you extra support for school, teach you new vocabulary or just practice your conversation skills.
I use a student-oriented teaching method. I understand that each student is unique and so are their goals. Therefore, I strongly believe that each lesson should be tailored for each individual student's needs. Whether you are studying for a test, preparing for a vacation in South America, improving your language skills for work, or simply learning Spanish for fun, I can help you reach your goals.

I`m a Mexican masters student at Montreal, my mother tongue is Spanish, and I can tutor high school students or University Students who need to excel in Spanish for curriculum or for a semester abroad. Teaching is based on reading excerpts from books, learning vocabulary and speaking.
My method is adapted to the different needs and circumstances of the each student. As a certified coach (PPCC at Concordia University), I exercise my listening skills to be able to advance along with the student in his/her learning path.
Simple, I focus on what my student is looking for, I mean, every one learn different so I focus on grammar, speaking, language for traveling, language for work, improving emails and presentations, get prepared for a language exam, interview preparation, among others.
My methods of teaching are through books and creative activities, Illustrating the Spanish culture such as the Mexican slang is different to Colombia slang, Also music is a good method to show and understand the language then, student will be able to pronounce great the Spanish language and learn new words
One typical class starts with a short introduction, in which I like to ask the student day a day questions, just for breaking the ice. Then, we have a brief grammar lessons and we practise repeating sentences. The main goal with this, is the student could be able to speak without think. I also use videos in my classes and at the end, we do a dictation.
I base my methodology on lectures, exercise and real live practice. Practice could be conversation, writing letters to real people etc.
I choose the methodology according to the preferences, needs and learning style of each student. In the first meeting, I establish with my students a clear objective in the short, medium and long-term, also I evaluate the progress of my students.
Try each one by each one, every body in this world is special, so you need to try different with everyone
Since I usually teach young learners (2 to 11 years old), I use a lot of educational songs. That way, I can teach them the lyrics and then they can learn the song and it stays on their mind. I like to use a lot of educational games and flashcards. I also do a lot of games with everybody in a circle.
First of all, I would say that my approach depends on the student and his or her needs. Those must be identified early in the course in order to work towards realistic objectives. I am an enthusiastic teacher who values a friendly and encouraging environment and relationship so as to ease into energetic classes.
My teaching methods are student-centered, since I believe that everyone has a different pace, and it is important to acknowledge the fact that there is always a successful and unique manner for everyone to learn. I do think that if the student does not learn is not his/her fault, it is the teacher's method that needs to be reviewed and modified to be adequate for that particular student.
Learning in a very dynamic way by mixing traditional approaches with fun and games. I consider the development of all four skills equally important for a second language speaker, although the oral production and comprehension comes first undoubtedly. So I propose to work with a textbook to get grammar and dynamic activities to work on the oral skills.
My teaching methods are based on students needs. I usually prefer to use a task based approach where students can learn the language in a -more natural- way, rather than the traditional approach where the target language is taught by using a lot more the mother tongue.
Teaching is a work full of possibilities, tools, and dynamics where participants, including the teacher, can build a powerful community. I like mixing tools such as images, songs, videos. I like listening to the suggestions from my students and their needs. I will prepare the subjects according to the students' requests.
Instruction focused on the student. that place where both teacher and student plan and share the focus and objectives of the course. Instead of listening exclusively to the teacher, students and teachers interact fairly.
I like to teach in a funny and kind enviroment. I divide my classes in some grammar bases, some Vocabulary, and to improve listening and pronunciation I like to teach Spanish songs that is an easy and funny way to improve pronunciation and listening skills.
My teaching philosophy focused on real-life applications of Spanish. Teaching based on integrated projects or tasks, is today the best didactic guarantee for an effective contribution to the development of key competences and learning. No matter how old you are, you just need to have a desire to learn.
Digital Material, Real Cultural Immersion, Practical Customized Conservations & Vocabulary, among others, even Netflix settingaudio and subtittles in Spanish, & YouTube videos
My teaching method is based on the conversation. By listening to a native person you can reproduce the accent and the expressions which define a lenguage. Also it comes after a strong knowledge of some theoretical aspects. So, in my opinion, a succesful method is the one that combines a theoretical basis with time for conversation.
I teach based on dynamic classes, such as games, participation, exhibition. Tasks not obligatory, but useful. At the end of each topic I do an evaluation, to see the level of learning. I am available to teach in private classes or small groups. Flexible schedules.
Grammar, speaking, practicing all the time. Giving tips to be better in spanish. Pronunciation methods, use of technology and different resources.
I plan my classes according to my student's interests, encouraging creativity and autonomous and reflective learning. I always have a goal in mind around which I design activities that help the student develop different skills and abilities.
My clases are mostly dynamic and fun, sometimes I invent my own activities or adapt classic games to language teaching.
