About Chidi

I started boxing in 2009 and took up coaching in 2010. I chaired the boxing club at Brunel University for 2 years, was assistant coach for 2 and the head coach for a further 2.

I've had bouts in unlicensed circuits and won belts from it. I was assistant coach at my previous gym for 5 years, helping my coach out whenever it's needed. I've also held my own lessons at the gym, had a lot of 121 clients, and coached kids from the age of 5.

About the lesson

I'm a very technical based coach. I focus a lot more on the technique, fundamental skills and concepts while getting a great, fun workout from it.

I've trained complete newbies to experienced boxers; so all skill levels welcome.

Perfect! Amazing tutor who loves the sport and is passionate about teaching others which is evident in every lesson. Chidi has all of the activities prepared in advance of every lesson which means that we don’t waste any time and make the most of the hour that we have. Chidi is a very hardworking and reliable boxing coach. He spends a lot of his time trying to hone exercises tailored to the individual. In almost every session there is something new which keep things fun! His sessions can also be tough but feel very rewarding at the end. Highly recommended if you want to learn about boxing or just get in better shape!

Hand on heart I can say he is the best trainer I’ve ever trained with.He makes boxing and training so fun and enjoyable also he teaches you how to box properly with knowing the correct techniques and terms I highly recommend him. He is helping me loose weight alongside boxing .
