About Aman
I'm Aman, and I've just finished studying Biology, Chemistry and Spanish A levels, quite a mix! I've loved being a tutor ever since I started from school during year 12, where I taught a boy in year 11 close to his GCSEs on a grade 5 for biology. He was lacking in confidence and HATED plants so much. However, we got to work and I tried to make the subject as fun as possible for him, with mark scheme specific terms, I explained it in a way that resembled with himself as a person. After all his hard work, he achieved a grade 8, which we were both so proud of! After this, I wanted to continue teaching students and making sure they really do reach their potential in all subjects possible! More about me though, I do like football and I'm an Arsenal fan, so if you're a Spurs fan don't bother to ask for tutoring.

Level - GCSE (subjects include chemistry, physics, biology, Spanish, French and geography) Typical length of a lesson - 1 hour Qualifications: GCSEs ((concealed information)) 9s in chemistry, French, geography and physics 8s in Spanish, biology, RS and maths 7 in English Techniques and teaching methodology: IMPORTANCE firstly is getting to know you as a person, what are your hobbies, favourite revision techniques and our start point together so we know how we can improve. Teaching is mainly based around going through past paper questions and making sure you UNDERSTAND what the mark scheme is asking for. To do this there can be diagrams, explaining it in your hobbies terms etc. Once we understand the mark scheme, every session a random question from a previous session will come up to test spaced repetition, active recall and commit it to MEMORY. If I find a topic you're most struggling with, I can find a whole bunch of practice questions for us both to work through carefully and patiently, so once you're confident on everything in that specification, I'm sure you'll do great!
