About Jenny
I am a positive, relaxed person who genuinely enjoys Food Tech. I haven’t always been good at memorising information and learning tricky concepts (especially scientific ones) so I am able to relate to and be patient with students who might find these tasks harder. I pride myself on being reliable and approachable and am committed to tailoring lessons to suit individual people.

I can teach Food Tech theory only. My techniques for teaching include exam practice and breaking down large chunks of information into a manageable size. I use acronyms, diagrams and other ways of making information more memorable. The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour. Although I have no experience as a paid tutor, I have taught tricky concepts to classmates. I am able to tutor online, in the student’s house or in a public space e.g. the library.
