About Punyashlok

I am an aspiring Physicist and Computational Researcher currently studying Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Greenhead College (Predicted A*A*A*A*). I specialise in leveraging Python to bridge the gap between theoretical models and real-world data, with a particular focus on General Relativity and Algorithmic Trading.
Core Highlights:

Academic Excellence: Achieved top marks (Grade 9/Distinction) across STEM subjects at GCSE, providing a rigorous foundation for advanced scientific inquiry.

Computational Physics: Developed a custom Black Hole Gravitational Lensing Simulator in Python, modelling the curvature of spacetime and light-path deflection around high-mass singularities.

Quantitative Analysis: Engineered an algorithmic backtester for AAPL stock, utilising Exponential Moving Averages (EMA 20/50) to evaluate market volatility and strategy profitability.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Python (NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas), Data Visualisation, and Mathematical Modelling.

I am driven by a desire to solve complex problems at the intersection of mathematical theory and software engineering. I am currently seeking opportunities to apply my quantitative skills to research-led projects or internships within the fields of Theoretical Physics or FinTech.

I’ll be honest—coding can feel like absolute chaos at first. One minute everything’s working, next minute… error messages everywhere and you’ve got no idea what changed. It’s frustrating. Properly frustrating. I’ve been there, staring at the screen thinking “how has this even broken?”

That’s exactly why I teach the way I do.

I’m a sixth form student at Greenhead College studying maths and sciences, and I spend a lot of my time actually building things with Python—not just learning it. I’ve worked on projects like simulations (for example modelling how light bends around black holes—which sounds wild, but it’s real physics) and small trading bots using real data.

So yeah, I don’t just “know code”—I use it, break it, fix it, and figure it out properly.

Lessons are relaxed. No pressure. No rushing.

We go step by step, making sure things actually make sense—not just copying lines and hoping for the best. If something doesn’t click, we slow it right down, look at it differently, maybe even go off on a quick tangent until it finally lands. That moment when it clicks—that’s the goal.

I can help with:

Python basics (loops, variables, functions—making them actually stick)
Getting started from scratch (no experience needed at all)
Small projects (so you’ve got something real, not just notes)
Debugging (honestly… half of coding is just fixing things)
Building confidence so you’re not stuck every five minutes

Sessions can be online or around Halifax, and I keep things flexible around school/college schedules—because I get it, I’m doing the same.

If you’re stuck, curious, or just want to get into coding without it feeling overwhelming, just drop me a message. No pressure, no formal stuff
