About Dominique
I'm a previous TV producer and writer who worked in a competitive field for over 15 years between New York and California and Internationally on projects until I took the leap to expand myself for myself. I have traveled to over 30 countries alone as a woman, learning others stories, and expanding my own. I offer sessions with a focus on compassion focused therapy. I have taken breathing courses in India and meditation around the world to develop my own combination of effective grounding methods.
Besides living in New York and California, I have obtained residencies in Spain and Brazil also. I am experienced with obtaining visa's, lawyers for certain needs, international costs of living in other countries and a wide database of contacts of specialists to help each client with their international planning. I have coached clients in various countries allowing me to offer a unique worldly perspective without judgement and realistic planning. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!

Starting over is hard but growth comes from pressure and getting out of your comfort zone!
I offer coaching for those looking to expand their lives, moving to other countries and preparing realistically for a new start- from paperwork and visas to culture shock and budgeting to prepare my clients for expansion at their best and higher level of consciousness.
I assess each client’s needs and objectives and then offer a structure to obtain those goals.
For example: A student’s goals is to pursue living in another country and beginning a business while working remote.
I would make an assessment of their finances and the finances needed to live in that city.
As well, I would assess their mental fortitude as well as that toward obtaining their objective.
From there we would discuss the outline and mental encouragement exercises to reduce and eliminate self limiting beliefs.
In my sessions, we expand and put in place a solid plan to exercise together and alone in putting steps in place to have a consistent approach for obtaining one’s goals.
I offer a safe space without judgement and complete support. I like to combine breathing exercises and positive affirmations with my students specialized towards their specific needs- this is optional but highly recommended to all.
