About Colin
I believe that you have all the answers you need right now inside you to succeed, all you need is the key or the strategies to unlock them.
That's what I provide, a space for you to explore what matters to you and what steps you can take to achieve your goals with no BS.
All sessions are judgement free and confidential.
I have a wealth of life experience and wisdom to draw upon however it is not about me. It is about you and your best path to tread in this life. I help you along the way as cheerleader and support.
My mission is to leave you in a better state of mind than when we begin.
I have a questionnaire to send you prior to starting so that your first session carries more value for you.

About the lesson

I meet you where you are at in your life ( no matter what may have happened to you) and help you discover what matters to you, find your goals and work on strategies to help you achieve those goals quickly. I do not offer therapy or counselling.
I use neurolinguistic programming techniques (NLP) because they work and are based on neuro = thinking, linguistic = language and programming = how we make sense of our world.
I am a qualified NLP Practitioner and have been practising now for 12 years.
A lesson or session takes about an hour during which you will explore your situation, discover strategies to help you and be given homework to put into practice for the next session.
I prefer one-to-one as often we delve into personal matters.
This can be on Zoom preferred or over the phone. It can be face-to-face if you live in Adelaide, South Australia.
It does not matter what age you are, or your level of education and it is important that you speak English.
