About Wesley

My name is Wesley and I have been singing and producing music in Ottawa for the past five years! I have always had a passion for music but decided to take it seriously during COVID. I have always believed that music is something that you will always learn and always grow in, so I call myself a student of music, but would love to teach and pass on what I have learned to others. I have had the opportunity to sing on many stages in many cities (Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, Nashville, Memphis, Chicago, New Orleans, Las Vegas, and more) so I very much draw on my experience to be able to teach. I also do have many years learning from many people in order to provide proper technique and a great base where anyone can improve from!

About the lesson

Here is what you get if you try lessons with me: Someone who will always prioritize your goals and make sure you grow and improve in the areas you want. Someone who will be honest and push your limits but never push you past your limits. Someone who has a lot of on-stage experience as I have played in many cities on a number of stages. Someone who will teach you proper technique and proper maintenance of your voice. Someone who will welcome any and all levels of experience. Amazing for beginners and great for those with experience. I offer both 30-minute and 1-hour sessions.

Perfect! I have been taking singing lessons from Wesley for 8 months now and have seen many improvement in both my singing and confidence. I have always wanted to sing but thought you had to have a natural talent. Wesley made me realize that it is possible to become a great singer through practice and with the proper guidance, which you can definitely expect from Wes. Definitely would recommend for singers at any level, especially those who are just starting out.
